why???

 Goodnessssss....what is it with me telling my friend about my intention to be grateful and positive about things..... and then I immediately plunge into despair and misery the next minute??? This happens every single time. Fuck life. Fuck emotions. Fuck everything. Why is everything so unbearable?????????
